Description
Commercial kitchen extraction fan canopy hood with built in extractor fan. This compact kitchen extraction canopy is suitable for light cooking equipment only situated in tight or confined spaces. The depth of this hood has been shrunk to fit in smaller spaces and the height of the unit has been reduced to accommodate lower ceiling heights such as food trailers and catering trucks. The hood comes with easy clean removable kitchen grease baffle filters and full length grease channel for easy cleaning. This product has been designed specifically for easy installation and provides amazing value for money compared to other systems on the market today.
Materials
The extraction hood is 100% stainless steel construction. The stainless steel has a brushed finish.
The construction has formed stainless steel safety edges for safe and easy cleaning.
The hood has an integrated condense grease channel around the perimeter.
The extractor fan motor is a twin inlet centrifugal design with high volume and high pressure extract fan with high quality ball bearing construction than runs at a low 60dB(A)
The extract fan motor has 4 speeds that are easily selected from our rugged 4 step speed controller. It is very suitable for small cooking applications in a commercial setting such as cafes, sandwich shops, coffee shops, this model is especially suited to small spaces where conventional equipment cannot fit.
