 Commercial kitchen extraction canopy hood with built in extractor fan for fast and efficient kitchen extraction. The extraction canopy is suitable for both gas and electric cooking equipment, and comes with easy clean removable baffle filters and full length grease channel for easy cleaning.

Materials

 The extraction hood is 100% commercial stainless steel construction. The stainless steel has an elegant brushed finish and looks clean and modern.

 The fan motor is a high quality twin inlet centrifugal design high volume and high pressure extract fan with high quality ball bearing construction than runs at a low 60dB(A)

The extract fan motor has 4 speeds that are easily selected from our rugged 4 step speed controller.

Upgraded fan

  Three phase fan, housed in externally mounted fan box with removable mesh end for easy fan cleaning access.

  Speed control is single ohase to three phase energy saving inverter speed control, housed in an electrical enclosure
