How the system works

A precisely regulated dose of ozone (O3) is injected directly into the kitchen extract airstream. As contaminated air travels through the ductwork, ozone reacts with grease aerosols, smoke particulates and odour-causing VOCs, oxidising them into simpler, less odorous compounds before discharge.

Unlike basic ozone systems, output is variable and airflow-matched. The unit adjusts ozone generation in response to extract system operation, ensuring effective treatment without unnecessary or uncontrolled dosing.
