Returns Policy

To return an item(s) firstly complete the Returns Form


We would recommend that you return your items via registered post or private pallet courier to ensure damage does not occur in transit. Please clearly state on the invoice and returns form the reason for return and whether you require a refund or exchange, We are only able to exchange items for the same product.


Personalised & Bepoke manufactured items and/ or complete kits are non-returnable. Some goods are non-returnable for hygiene or safety reasons. Please note that this does not affect your statutory rights.


If a full refund excluding original delivery costs is required and accepted subject to our terms & conditions of sale, then the entire order needs to be returned back to us within fourteen (14) working days. However you will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us. If a refund is payable to you we will process the refund as soon as possible, and, in any case within fourteen (14) days.  In all cases there will be a 35 % restocking charge, to cover the initial packaging and processing of the order.  Also if the goods have been opened but not used they are considered as being no longer saleable as new goods and have to be discounted as open box goods.


The goods do not need to be in their original packaging however they should be in a sellable condition, and at your own cost and risk.


You have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the goods while they are in your possession. If you fail to comply with this obligation, we may have a right of action against you for compensation. This applies to all goods that are returned.

Our returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.

If you return goods claiming they are defective, we will examine the returned goods and will notify you of your refund via e-mail within a reasonable period of time. We will process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any case within thirty (30) days of the day we confirm via e-mail that you are entitled to a refund for defective goods.

If a refund or reimbursement is payable to you, we will transfer the money using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase. If we cannot refund via the original payment then a cheque will be raised to the address on the order.

If the payment provider used was via Paypal then Paypal will not return the transaction fee if a refund becomes due, which is typically 0.30p + 2.9% of the total value, and the transaction fees will not be returned, which is inline with Paypal's Terms and conditions.  Please bear this in mind when using Paypal for payments.  If you are unsure please call us for clarification.

Third-Party Supplied Products & Agent Sales

In some cases, we act as a purchasing agent on your behalf. This typically applies to products such as fans or other specialist components which we source from our suppliers upon receipt of your order.

Because we do not stock these items and they are ordered specifically for your project, returns for these products are strictly limited and subject to the following conditions:

  • A 35% restocking charge will apply if a return is requested and approved. This covers our supplier’s return handling fee, our inspection process, and the cost of testing and repackaging the item.

  • Items such as fans or bespoke fabrication cannot be resold as new once opened, used, or installed. For this reason, refunds or exchanges will only be considered if:

    • The item is in unused, undamaged, and electrically safe condition.

    • It is returned in original packaging (where possible), and has not been installed or wired.

  • We reserve the right to inspect and electrically test the item prior to any refund being processed.

  • In the event that the supplier does not accept the return, we may be unable to offer a refund. In such cases, we will notify you of the outcome.

Please contact us before returning any third-party supplied item to confirm eligibility and to avoid unnecessary shipping costs or rejections.
